Unveiling My New Look!

Ta-da! Staci from Blogging Bella Designs created this fabulous new look for my website. I am so thrilled with it. You can now purchase a copy of Little Shepherd directly from my books page, and the contact page will link you to my email, Facebook, Twitter, and blog accounts.

I hope you enjoy browsing around. I would love to hear what you think about the new look.

Interviewed at It Only Takes a Mustard Seed to Make a Dream Grow

Stop on over at Joanne Troppello’s blog, It Only Takes a Mustard Seed to Make a Dream Grow, and read our interview about Little Shepherd and my writing. I would love to hear from you.

You can find the interview at http://joannetroppello.weebly.com/1/post/2011/05/interview-with-author-cheryl-malandrinos.html

Little Shepherd is available at:

Indiebound.org

You can also email me at cg20pm00(at)gmail(dot)com if you would like an autographed copy of the book. The cost of an autographed copy would be $10, plus a flat $3 shipping and handling fee for anywhere in the United States. Additional shipping charges would apply outside of the United States.

New Look Coming Soon!

When I first started this website, I knew it would be going through some changes. It has taken me a while to find someone who would be able to design the type of site I wanted without me having to sacrifice my daughters’ college education to pay for it. Soon we’ll be launching the new look and I’m very excited about it. Maybe I’ll run some type of giveawway to celebrate.

Feel free to suggest giveaway items. Keep in mind however, that a new car, a vacation to Hawaii, and a Kindle loaded with 1,000 books are not within my budget.

Youtube Search Stories

I’m having one of those, “Hey Ma! Look what I did,” moments. Dorothy over at Pump Up Your Book! showed this to me and it’s the neatest thing. You type in some search terms and it comes up with a little video that gets automatically posted on YouTube. Check out mine!

Let me know what you think. I can see this as being a fun promotional tool. It took me less than a minute to put together.

You can create your own at www.youtube.com/searchstories. Enjoy!

Talking at the Long Ridge Post A Note Forum This Week!

Many of you know that I graduated from the Long Ridge Writers Group Breaking into Print  program in 2005. One of the nice things they offer is regular support to their students and former students. They have a newsletter and also a forum.

All week long I am their special guest on the Post A Note forum at The Professional Connection Interview. We’ll be talking about self-promotion. This is an important topic for all writers.  If you are a student or former student, you can find the forum at http://longridgewritersgroup.net/index.php
